The HR Business Partner will lead the HR support for the following group: Business Management, Public Affairs, Legal and Compliance. This person will provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people strategy and execution; provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions through the executive level.
This role is responsible for rolling out programs – including compensation, performance and talent initiatives. This role will often require working across divisions to help establish organizational efficiencies and ways of working across lines of business.
Role and Responsibilities

Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and often times across multiple lines of business.
Build strong partnerships with client groups at all levels; this role will provide primary HRBP support for Heads of Legal and Compliance , BM & Public Affairs)
Provide guidance regarding organizational and people strategy and execution; provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions Employee Relations: conduct intake of employee relations concerns and provides counsel and recommendations to management
Execute Annual Performance Management process for business partners including providing training and coaching on the process.
Employee onboarding and offboarding activities including, interviewing and selection, assist in creating onboarding schedule, conduct exit interviews and share insights and recommendations back with the business. Assist in answering employee questions and providing resources to ensure seamless process
Partners with leaders and HR partners to prepare documentation and support case for involuntary terminations related to performance; and Reorganizations
Engagement: Analyze and administer SCI data, reports on trends and make recommendations for improvement and drive initiatives to address opportunity areas
Projects: Partner with HRM and COE teams to build, manage and execute HR processes and policies that impact the delivery of HRBP services; identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

BA/BS degree, business related ; MA/MS Human Resources degree preferred
6-8 years professional experience required
Employee Relations and Employment Practices Law
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong data analysis and problem solving ability
Strong customer service skills
Process development and improvement preferred
