In order to strengthen the ICT Team in Maranello, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will act as a focal point on specific technologies and processes inside the ICT function to analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements for delivering the required technology service to the Business.
The Business Analyst will deal with the review of detailed level business processes and of the corresponding mapping into the IT architecture. In order to succeed in this challenging role, you have to be capable to manage the independent execution of Work Packages within any kind of projects.
As Business Analyst you will supervise user requirements collection, carry out functional and technical analysis, test and deploy new or enhanced solutions. You will also take care of the development of comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimation of cost, time and resources to develop the solution. Another key aspect is to ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new application and/or major upgrades of an existing one. And last but not least, drive, as Project Manager, small/medium initiatives and, if needed, manage external vendors for related activities.
Required profile:
We are looking for a graduate profile (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree ideally in ICT Engineering, Economics, or related fields) with at least 5 years of experience ideally gained in the automotive/manufacturing environment.
Key will be your knowledge of Automotive SAP S4/HANA end to end processes, such as Finance, Supply Chain & Operations, Dealer and Sales.
We also require a professional with strong analytical skills and capability to see integrated big picture.
The role requires you to interact with cross-functionally teams and to communicate effectively in a large, international, matrix organization. English and Italian at proficient level are required.
