Identity and Access Management Specialist

The impact you’ll have 

  • You’ll manage the provisioning and removing of access to Transurban’s systems and applications, identity governance and user access reviews
  • You’ll implement and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management products including Okta, RSA Identity Platform and Sailpoint IdentityIQ, integrating with systems such as ServiceNow and Workday
  • You’ll monitor incidents and service requests ensuring all interfaces are operating within agreed SLAs/OLAs
  • You’ll help ensure our users are on-boarded and off-boarded effectively
  • You’ll actively participate in the continuous improvement and automation of workflows, ensuring the timely review and updates of identity information and access rights
  • Being at the forefront of your industry, you’ll keep abreast of current trends and emerging technologies, identifying and driving opportunities to improve the security posture of Transurban

The talents you’ll bring 

  • You’ll have proven experience in delivering IAM project initiatives,  project stakeholder management and organisation change management
  • You’ll provide expertise in managing leading identity and access management platforms such as Sailpoint IdentityIQ specifically on the Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) and User Access Review (UAR) processes
  • You’ll be familiar with IAM concepts across an ERP suite (prior Workday experience advantageous)
  • You’ll have experience designing and implementing SSO (i.e. on-boarding applications to Okta) and be able to utilise industry knowledge and best practice to automate the process
  • You’ll have a background or exposure to software development in either Python and/or Java
  • You’ll have experience in implementing or managing WildFly, Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic and/or IBM WebSphere Application Server
