Your tasks:
- preparation of analyzes and reports on remuneration and incentive systems as well as recommendations for solutions in these areas,
- analysis of the set goals and their settlement, supporting business in processes,
- conducting valuation of workstations with the evaluation team,
- participation in the development of projects and building bonus systems through data analysis and identifying possible solutions,
- in cooperation with business, preparing provisions of regulations regarding bonus systems and carrying out the process of their legislation,
- issuing opinions on applications for granting special awards and project bonuses in terms of compliance with the applicable rules.
We are waiting for you if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in the area of incentive systems in a large organization,
- higher education,
- you have knowledge of labor law,
- you know the rules of building motivational remuneration systems,
- you work in MS Excel, Power Point on a daily basis (knowledge of Visual Basic is welcome.
