Incentive Systems Specialist / HR Division (online recruitment)

Your tasks:

  • preparation of analyzes and reports on remuneration and incentive systems as well as recommendations for solutions in these areas,
  • analysis of the set goals and their settlement, supporting business in processes,
  • conducting valuation of workstations with the evaluation team,
  • participation in the development of projects and building bonus systems through data analysis and identifying possible solutions,
  • in cooperation with business, preparing provisions of regulations regarding bonus systems and carrying out the process of their legislation,
  • issuing opinions on applications for granting special awards and project bonuses in terms of compliance with the applicable rules.

We are waiting for you if:

  • you have at least 2 years of experience in the area of ​​incentive systems in a large organization,
  • higher education,
  • you have knowledge of labor law,
  • you know the rules of building motivational remuneration systems,
  • you work in MS Excel, Power Point on a daily basis (knowledge of Visual Basic is welcome.
