Industrial Engineering Manager / Process Specialist

Process:
Give input to the Manufacturing Concept for quote based on experience in production, lean principles, and robust processes
Provide process routes to be delivered to capacity area.
Validate with finances and capacity routes properly loaded in system in order to generate appropriate budget base.
Coordinate taking of time and movements to generate process routes and improvements in these in order to have updated information.
Validate improvements in processes in charge and that they have an acceptance protocol and / or PCR in order to properly document the changes in process in charge.
Coordinate activities corresponding to processes in their segment in various action plans in order to close the activities in a timely manner.
Validate that process AMEF is available and updated to maintain the document at the last level.
Validate that Process Flow is available and updated to keep the document at the last level
Analyze and develop improvement activities within the production process in order to generate a process of continuous improvement
Execution of activities related to downtime reduction, scrap, ergonomics problem solving and time reduction due to model changes in the production lines in order to generate a process of continuous improvement in area a position.

New Launch:
Responsible for completion of activities and workpackages within operations to meet the specific, cost, timing, and quality requirements as directed from the New Product Launch Manager. – Responsible to immediately communicate any delay, problem.

Steer Execution of project Timing Control:
Suport and execute assigned project activities, reports the project progress, participate in definition of corrective measures if deviating form the Project Plan. Cost Control: – During execution of activities, keep the Capital spen

Steer Execution of project Quality Control:
Coordinate the development of manufacturing facilities in conjunction with plant wide & central support organizations. – Participate and give input in product reviews, Design Checks and improvements out of these efforts

Project controls and reporting:
Regularly align and report the Operations project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set – Provide updates of Project status and potential needs to Operations Line Manager of hisher department – Provide updates of Pr

Improvement Maintenance:
Provide Lessons Learned and share Experience Data – Provide and promote continous improvements for products and processes and projects in hisher area of responsibility (Involvement in kaisen burst, CBS projects etc.)

Representation of NPL and SLM Quality Procedures:
Representation of NPL or SLM Manager in internal aligned meetings Represents production plant in design reviews with project team Dominates procedures of his area of responsibility according to the Quality Matrix (distributed by Continental Cuautla).

Serial Life Management:
Responsible for product in plant from G90 until G100 – Active involvement in launch and hand over to serial production – Coordination of product related activities, especially the Product Maintenance (see also Improvement Maintenance above)

Quality Guidelines:
Mastery of the procedures indicated in the matrix of Responsibilities (Distributed by Continental Cuautla), according to the area where they are performing.
