Goal of the position:
- Give support to the production and attention to maintenance for brokerage house applications
Every day you will find yourself facing new and interesting challenges within your position, in which you will be responsible for:
- Address production incidents by identifying root causes and alternative solutions
- Attend incidents of the blog / application closings
- Analysis for process improvements
- Manage and monitor maintenance
- Management of factories that participate in incidents and maintenance
- Factories (analysts, developers, etc.)
- Sla’s attention to incidents, problems, rcas and maintenance
Specific requirements:
- Lic. Or ing. IT to order . Titled
- TAS, LOR applications (MEC, SPT, SOR, etc.…)
- Progress, java, Unix script, web programming
