Within the central Insurance Team, directly reporting to the group Insurance Director you will work with Projects, Business Units, placing & local Brokers, carriers and partners to resolve problems, capitalize on opportunity, and report on activities.
In the frame of Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) governance, you’ll actively advise, assist, support and manage the Group’s and projects’ related insurance matters, maintain the policies, assist and settle claims/losses, handle the general invoices…
You main missions will be to:
- actively contribute in supporting Insurance Team Members, which includes liaising with Group & local Brokers to develop and implement Group’s insurance policy, processes and tools, including communication, risk assessment & insurable loss prevention, training initiatives as to the content of risk management and insurance policies
- take an active part to the renewal process : ensure renewal process timelines – prepare market submissions including the gathering and analysis of underwriting data – review, track record and follow up of renewal program documentation, insurance certificates… – organise, handle and monitor the Group Premium allocation charges to Entities / BU / Activities / Projects… with Brokers – obtain information required from finance, P/O process handling & monitoring – respond to day to day queries from the Group/Divisions and external service providers
- Assist the sales and tendering teams regarding risk and insurance issues from tender stage to completion
- Actively manage & support Brokers, Experts/Loss Adjusters as well as Insurers (at Group & local level) for the prompt assessment and collection of claims

- We are looking for someone with a strong experience (5 years mini) in insurance matters with good knowledge of project and contract management. Prior experience in the insurance industry (with a Broker or Insurance Company or in the insurance department of an industrial company).
- To fulfil your missions, you need to be able to take responsibility for decisions and actions in the field of insurance and have and high level of energy and commitment for achieving insurance goals and acting with a sense of urgency.
- You will act as a role model and expert in insurance matters, with ability to Influence all level of stakeholders. High degree of commitment to quality work, organisation, ethics & integrity in all actions is mandatory.
- You need to have good communication skills, be familiar with preparing & presenting the relevant reports and presentations for Senior management … and be problem solving oriented.
