For this role your mission will be developing the internal communications strategy, in conjunction with senior managers, and its implementation across a variety of online and offline channels to ensure all departments are informed and engaged in company initiatives.
As Internal Communications Manager you will ensure a consistent communication strategy reflecting the organization’s strategic vision. You will be involved in refining core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication.
You will also play a key role leading the development and production of dedicated content (planning, editing, writing as well as briefing and reviewing of visual layout and assets), including but not limited to video and news for the corporate intranet, new channels to reach broader employee base, executive emails, internal notices, etc.
You will work with business counterparts – especially HR – to streamline and promptly share relevant information throughout the company proactively suggesting how information should be presented to employees, editing and revising content as necessary, and providing regular updates on progress to relevant parties, and with the Events Team (especially internal events) to ensure consistency and alignment on employees activation and events.
Finally, you will be involved in the handling of the internal communication response to crisis situations, in close coordination with corporate communication team to ensure consistency with external messages.
Required profile:
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in the areas of Communication and gained at least 7 years of experience in the field.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
English and Italian at proficient level are required.
