Job Description
Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success
Create press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials
Define and measure key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign’s level of success
Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing and branding materials
Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee moral
Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand, including white papers, website copy, and more
Ensure Representation of the organization at events and press conferences
Directs in-house and external graphic designers, photographers, and other media-production specialists integral to the completion of marketing projects
Contributes ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques.
Profile Description
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
Ability to work with leadership to take the pulse of overall business activity to identify cross-marketing opportunities
Ability to stay relevant (in-trend) of developments in the field of marketing and communications within the industry to foster ideas and innovation
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing internal/external/marketing communications for any reputed organization
Proven experience in creating targeted content is advantageous
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
Excellent understanding of social media content management, Online collaboration/content creation/curation tools & good undertanding of SEO/SEM
Ablility to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent organizational, leadership abilities, written and verbal communication skills.
