Job Summary:
To support out ICS Cool Energy Ltd Sales Team and supports the team in generating statistical reports, updates sales price tables, determines sales premiums and commissions and drafts statements regarding sales efficiency. Analyzes product availability and product returns, compensations and debtors..
Responsibilities
- Handle Incoming Sales calls
- Take notes and pass to relevant Sales Engineer
- Provide initial quotes and technical specifications for Ancillary Equipment: Pumps/Heat Exchangers Dry Air Coolers etc
- Provide initial Chiller selections where relevant and provide alternatives if required
- Produce Draft Costings
- Evaluate Export Enquiries and administer/distribute where relevant
- Maintain a Technical File of Chillers and Ancillary Units
- Ensure Enquiries are logged and distributed effectively internally to either Sales or Engineering
- Liaise with Sales Order processing as required
- Attend sales and technical meetings as required
Key Competencies:
Sales experience preferably in the HVAC
Practical aptitude or engineering qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a good telephone manner and with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Comfortable working in a high volume fast paced busines
