As a Web Development intern, you will work to improve the online user assistance for both ENOVIA and other Dassault Systèmes products. Create an outstanding user experience to help Dassault Systèmes customers find the information they need to get their work done!
This paid 12 month internship is based at the Dassault Systèmes Waltham campus located at 175 Wyman St. Waltham MA, with some flexibility for a hybrid schedule mixing onsite and remote hours. You and your manager will work together to create a schedule around your coursework.

What your role will be?
You will help to develop several major enhancements to our user assistance, including refining, testing, and implementing a full responsive redesign of our main help portals. You will collaborate with user assistance developers, user experience designers, web application developers, tools engineers, and possibly other interns located both in the US and at Dassault Systèmes headquarters in France. You will be mentored primarily by the ENOVIA User Assistance manager, and you might perform additional testing and production tasks for the ENOVIA User Assistance team as time allows.
The Challenges Ahead
- Contribute to the responsive redesign of help.3ds.com, primarily working with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Contribute to the development of new mechanisms for collecting feedback from our users and for storing, analyzing, and distributing the resulting data
- Contribute to work on new and visually engaging presentations of What’s New information, based on an existing prototype built using the PERN stack and other proposals from user experience teams
- Assist as necessary with other web development and user assistance development tasks
Your Key Success Factors
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Web Development, or similar area of study for the duration of the internship
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Ability to work onsite at the Waltham, MA office location for the majority of your working hours
- Highly-developed skills in core web technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with modern front-end tools such as React and Express, and with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Some experience with ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server a definite plus as our existing web infrastructure uses these technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure
- Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
