Joining the Group HR Strategic Projects team allows you to work in an international team with colleagues from 6 countries. In your role you focus on continuous improvement in digitalizing HR processes and setting up People & Culture Analytics as well as Data Quality Management practices.
Your Tasks
- Working on configuration of HR processes on the group SAP SuccessFactors platform (incl. training path for accreditation)
- Programming and setting up (semi-)automated multi-country Data Quality measurements by using KNIME, Tableau and Big Data Science Lab infrastructure and supporting roll-out of overall Data Quality management framework
- Working on and implementing People and Culture analytics
Your Background
- Student at a Technical University or Business Economics University with focus on information management
- Experience with data analysis tools and environments is a plus: SQL, KNIME, Python, Tableau, etc.
- Business fluent in English
- Team player
- Good communications skills and analytic skills
