• Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or People development.
• Creative, innovative mindset, with a passion for new technologies and tools
• Desire to work in an international, multicultural environment
• Natural positive attitude, self starter, taking initiative & self-reliant
• Well organized, good project management skills
• Flexible team player with hands-on mentality
– Excellent MS Office skills
– Outstanding mastery of modern technologies & channels
– Basic knowledge of Share point
– Fluency in English

 

Place of employment: Toyota Motor Europe, Head Office – Brussels (Evere). Depending on the COVID-19 measures

of the Belgian Government specific rules apply for working on site.

Your team and your responsibilities

Team/division description

The European Learning & Development Team is part of People & Site Services and is responsible for the design & delivery of Corporate Training Programs across Europe. Our offer covers mainly 3 areas: Toyota Way of Working, General Skills and Management & Leadership Development. We are also responsible for TME’s Graduate Development Program, from intake to graduation.

We also support our European Affiliates in Corporate training completion and in the roll out of Management & Leadership Development Programs.
We are an energetic team of 4 professionals passionate for learning and are part of Toyota Motor Europe’s People & Innovation Function.

 

Your project

a) Support the design & launch of technology based training assets

• Study the current Toyota Way of Working and create micro training material & manuals to support the roll out of the new competency framework in Europe;

• Maintain/review our current share point site to improve our service delivery to our internal (TME) and European customers.

 

b) Support the learning & development team in logistics and reporting for various (virtual) training programs and projects

c) Support the digitalisation of our delivery model & service offer to People & Site Services customers.

• Investigate & propose automation opportunities in the current P&SS service delivery to increase the service efficiency level & drive customer smiles
• Document new processes to stimulate continuous improvement
