The job purpose is to ensure a robust and secure IT Infrastructure for ST Shanghai and its peripheral sites, including Suzhou warehouse:
1) To ensure all ST businesses have the adequate digital workplace to perform their day to day work.
2) To work with suppliers, partners, and users to ensure continuous improvement of IT and CAD IT services.
3) To manage SLAs for IT & CAD IT services.
4) To coordinate with regional stakeholders for project execution, manage project implementation efficiency and delivery milestones results within defined quality locally.
5) Sharing reviews and feedback on IT services with local sites as Site DIT Manager, and mentoring local IT team internally.
Profile
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Information Technology with at least 7 years of IT management experience, back by relevant experience in PMO activities such as vendor management.
A good spoken English.
Experience in CAD IT in IC design will be an added advantage.
