Our candidate:
Knows and owns Java 8 toolkit (Core, Concurrency, Collection, Generics, Lambda, Stream API);
Understands the principles of jvm, is able to explain how HotSpot differs from other variations;
Has experience in development in the DI and IOC paradigm, experience in DI frameworks (Spring Framework / Guice);
Understands the meaning of design patterns, is able to distinguish between generative, behavioral and structural patterns;
Knows how to choose the optimal pattern for the task;
Development experience in other programming languages will be a plus.
