What you can expect from the job
Amadeus Selling Platform Connect is a fully web-based Front Office for Travel Agents. It is designed for travel professionals, both novice and expert, who sell, advise and service leisure and business travelers.
Our fully web-based solution is intuitive, secure and fast one-stop shop for all travel content (air, hotel, rail, car, insurance…). Our customers can even plug it to their ecosystem and enrich our product themselves.
Our teams are made of UI developers, functional analysts and QA engineers working together to develop the functional components. Working inside a dynamic agile team, you will also be involved, as other members of the team, in innovation activities.
Summary of the role
As a Developer working on our flagship Travel Agencies solution, you will:
- Document user requirements for the enhancement of existing features and the creation of new ones.
- Propose and design viable technical solutions and perform feasibility studies.
- Conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software to ensure a high level of quality.
- Participate in the validation phase of the product cycle and conduct the necessary fine-tuning to finalize the product.
- Support end users during the production phase.

Technical skills and know-how:
- JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS
- Web technologies (e.g. Angular)
- Cloud technologies is a plus: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
Methodologies & Processes:
- Software Development Life Cycle
- Root Cause Analysis
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
Background:
- Master’s or Engineering School Degree in Computer Science or related field.
