· Accountable to the Gases Supervisor for the safe and continuous operation of the New Fumigation building which includes Ecofume, Vaporphos and Cytop 1 production.
· Directly involved with the production analysis and qualification, maintenance, coordination, customer relations, order processing and organization of the processes consistent with Solvay’s safety, environmental and quality objectives
· Co-ordination of various products with customer demand and cylinder availability.
· Involved with Logistics, Production, Maintenance, and Customer Service to ensure co-ordination of various tasks are done
· Involved in all shutdown/start up planning for New Fumigation area
· Coordinates all daily maintenance and shutdown maintenance activities
· Actively involved in the commissioning of all new equipment
· Uses Trackabout to capture daily production and inventory levels.
· Preparing and authorizing work permits.
· Performs LOTO as needed for breakdowns and maintenance.
