Your opportunity

The Junior Product Manager will play a holistic support role to the Product Managers and development teams. Your contribution will give you the opportunity to learn and understand the product features, usage data and customer feedback, which you’ll use to help the teams’ prioritise their efforts.

Your core responsibilities will include:​

  • Learn and understand the product feature set and usage profile​
  • Contribute to feature breakdowns / story writing​
  • Support the development team by clearing blockers & sharing insights​
  • Support the training / roll out of products to market
  • Monitor customer feedback across multiple touch points​
  • Prioritise bug backlog using impact assessment​
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of product reports
