Job Summary
The candidate should be an SAP Materials management (MM) consultant. MM is an important module of SAP ERP consisting of business processes required in procurement, Goods receipt, Inventory and invoicing of a product. The module is tightly integrated with SAP SD, WM, PP and FICO. The candidate is expected to have good familiarity and working knowledge of the integration areas of MM with other modules. The candidate is expected to work on SAP template governance, SAP continuous business improvements and rollouts for the Cocoa Business Unit. In this global role, the candidate will be required to work with business stakeholders in cocoa business which is spread across 5 continents.
Job Description
Strong knowledge in business requirement gathering, BBP preparation, AS-IS documentation, process flow diagrams
Lead AS-IS, Requirement gathering workshops, CRP, UAT sessions with relevant stakeholders
Good knowledge about MM Business Processes: Purchasing, Special procurement like Vendor consignment, Subcontracting, etc. Inventory Management, Invoice verification, Service management.
Should have strong cross functional knowledge with FICO, SD, PP, QM, WM
Configure, test, support and implement SAP MM solutions
Configuration: Purchase Document Types (Purchase Order, Inbound delivery, Goods receipt, Invoice), Item category, Pricing Procedure and Pricing Conditions types, Output type Settings & Determination, Release strategy, MRP, etc.
Master Data: Vendor Master Data, Material Master, PIR, Source list, Quota arrangement, etc.
Should have experience in master data management including data migration tool
Strong interface experience between SAP and Non-SAP systems
Experience with SAP FIORI applications, Mobile applications integration with SAP
Should have worked on custom/complex developments with respect to process automation, Business process re-design, etc.
Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure timely deliverables
Identify risks and escalate them as and when required
Scaling of existing solutions to ensure maximum adoption
Value focussed approach during SAP/Non-SAP system implementation
Profile Description
Master of Business Administration/Bachelor of technology / B.E or equivalent field, OR a combination of relevant education and experience
8 to 10 years of strong, professional SAP MM consulting experience. Domain experience as business user is a plus.
Experience in Food processing/Agri Business industry is a plus
2 End to End SAP implementation/roll out experience is a must.
International exposure and previous work ex in global MNCs is a plus
SAP certification is good to have though not a must.
