In order to complement our Learning & Development capabilities within Human Resources Department, we are seeking Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in London.
The successful candidate will work alongside with Senior Learning & Development Specialist and report directly to Talent & Development Global Head based in our headquarters in Switzerland.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development, well versed in designing & developing eLearnings. Excellent in stakeholder management and is able to motivate team to achieve our ambitious and firm-wide initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
- Work together with Business leaders to design and develop targeted technical and business skills to benefit the Business teams
- Create and review training support material and e- learning tools
- Develop and edit digital imagery, video and incorporate graphics and effects
- Monitor and follow up on the effectiveness and usefulness of training programs; track and reports those statistics
- Administer classroom training, creating courses, uploading documents/links, testing, participant invites via Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support the redesign, upgrade, implementation and alignment of new or existing Mentoring and coaching programs
- Ensure the training material respects defined templates, approach and quality standards
- Establish a trusted relationship with all stakeholders, to ensure their full collaboration to the creation and review of the training content
- Manage vendors and third-party service providers of educational tools
- Contribute to the scalable onboarding program to drive consistency throughout the firm
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and additional certification is highly desirable
- At least 5 + years of experience in Learning and Development – designing, delivering and authoring learning solutions
- Proficiency in authoring software, such as Articulate, Lectora, Captivate, or similar, and in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent analytical-conceptual skills, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, able to engage and work with diverse stakeholders across all levels of seniority
- A self-directed and independent person, able to manage tasks timely and effectively
