Responsibilities
- Works with Account Manager to assist with service, maintenance and set-up related to commercial accounts including bonds.
- Assist with Processing new and renewal policies.
- Reviews policies for accuracy.
- Processes Certificate of Insurance.
- Reviews carrier websites for daily processing.
- Follow up on claims
- Assists with maintaining relationships with clients, producers, underwriters, marketing staff and claim adjusters.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of industry related experience.
- Insurance P&C Agency licensure a plus.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail oriented and have prior experience working with paperless systems. Prior experience with AMS360 (Vertafore) agency management system is a plus.
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
