The analyst will be part of the M&A Team responsible for leading direct investment processes in selected Italian and Global energy, infrastructure and industrial companies.
Working on a daily basis with a dynamic M&A Team, the analyst will have also direct exposure to all the main company divisions and financial external advisors.
The analyst will actively participate to all the different steps of the M&A processes, from the advisor selection to deal execution and internal approval processes. He/she will have also the opportunity to act as internal consultant in providing financial insights to other teams.
Required Profile
Must have
- Professional experience of 3 years in M&A activities
- Experience in: Investment Banking or “Big4” advisory
- Competences in: financial modelling, financial and business analysis, due diligence coordination and valuation
- Ability to use and analyze data
- Knowledge of accounting and understanding of financial statements
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Italian and English

- Private Equity background with solid business ethics and judgment
