Job Description:

- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with both internal and external customers pertaining to Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Sales.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly targets to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key metrics such as KPIs and Sales deliverables, especially for key Contracts.
- Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional support on a day-to-day basis.
- Liaise and coordinate between the customer and internal teams such as SCM, Inventory Management, Operations and Finance to meet planned demand / targets as well as address gaps quickly and amicably.
- Understand Contract obligations, challenge the norms and analyze data to develop strategies for meeting customer expectations.
- Pursue new business opportunities and create effective pipeline for forecasting and revenue growth.
- Present to management on the status, challenges, outcome of customer engagements and plans to meet targets, supported by data wherever deemed possible.
- Undertake additional assignments or duties as directed by Head of department.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any engineering field.
- Preferably with Project Management or Contract Management background in a MRO or production environment.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization and customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects / assignments at a time while giving due attention to details.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and possess effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.
- Possesses project management, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as able to relate to others on a professional level.
- Able to work independently with an interest in keeping things organized as well as a strong Team Player.
