POSTION RESPONSIBLITIES
Manager – Financial Analysis, Medical Office Properties position is based in Franklin, TN and will assist in developing key processes, reporting and modeling to help drive strategic decisions around portfolio management, operations, leasing and capital allocation for the Medical Office business segment at Healthpeak, a diversified healthcare REIT. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and/or improve the collection, dissemination and reporting of financial information
- Work with asset management, leasing and capital teams to help develop more efficient reporting and analytical tools that will provide more visibility into their performance
- Perform analyses of operating performance including identify trends in revenue, expenses and NOI to anticipate potential negative performance of individual properties or portfolio of properties
- Assist in processes related to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing performance for the Medical Office business segment
- Evaluate investment opportunities such as ROI initiatives, redevelopments and developments by utilizing metrics such as IRR, NPV, yields and cash on cash returns
- Assist in preparation of monthly & quarterly operating metrics
- As required, take the lead on ad-hoc projects
