Description
The Manager of Supply Chain and Analysis is responsible for leading a Team to maintain, execute and improve processes to support International Franchise and Travel Retail partner businesses. A desire and ability to address a wide breadth of responsibilities and variety of work are important to success in this role. A successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment and is comfortable presenting to all management levels. Will contribute to operational excellence and provide governance for systems, process, and execution in support of business objectives
Responsibilities

- Lead team of 4-5 Operations Analysts/Sr. Analysts
- Team’s responsibilities are to provide operations support to fulfill purchase orders from Travel Retail partners and to fulfill inventory needs of International Franchise partners
- Coordinate daily business operations with DC, SCP&A, Logistics & Transportation
- Maximize Fill Rates
- Floorset Readiness / Execution
- Order Resolution – ie: pricing, shipping, quantity discrepancies
- Provide partner information to set up articles in systems
- Develop calendar to facilitate cross-functional floorset execution
- Manage Beauty Tester Inventory including creation of new articles and maintaining safety stock levels.
- Support excess and core demand by transferring product between DCs
- Maintain Master Data – create / maintain articles and partner ship-to
- Support regulatory process and timelines as needed
- As needed, lead and support cross functional projects (including new market entry and technology initiatives)
- Liaison with various cross functional teams – DC, Logistics, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Regulatory, Customs, IT
- Builds consistent and sustainable operations practices to drive value across businesses
- Documenting standard operating procedures
- Energetically contributes towards innovation and improvement through continuous evaluation of process
- Identifying potential problems and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency
Qualifications
Qualifications

- 3-5 years Logistics / Operations experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Demonstrated managerial experience; managing a local & remote workforce and operating efficiently in a virtual environment a plus
- Ability to think analytically and creatively
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & vlookup’s), Word, & PowerPoint
- SAP experience a plus
- Experience in retail or apparel manufacturing a plus
- Experience within a wholesale environment a plus
