Job Summary
Olam is seeking a Manager, Risk Assessments responsible for reviewing the design and assessing Risk and Vulnerability solutions. The individual is accountable for managing, maintaining, and developing our security strategy, programs, and operational security requirements. Reporting to the VP, Information Security will also partner with the Global CIO office.
Job Description
Will be responsible for ensuring compliance for servers, networks, and endpoints across multiple regions across the globe
Conducting internal reviews and assessments
Advising internal management and business partners on the implementation of compliance programs
Developing risk management strategies
Following up on compliance issues that require investigation
Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate software is in place
Reporting on compliance.
Profile Description
Candidate should have a total of 8+ years of overall Information Security experience and a minimum of 6+ in Information Security in performing technical assessments
Should have individually handled Risk Assessments and Security Compliance and have a working knowledge of tools like Disk Encryption, Antimalware, Host Firewall, ATP, EDR across McAfee, Symantec and CrowdStrike products, PIM, DLP, Mail gateways & Vulnerability Assessments
Should have handled security compliance across multiple geographies
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Candidate should have Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
Candidate should have experience with cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure
Candidate should be flexible in providing extended support during non-business hours based on requirements
Scripting Knowledge will be an added advantage.
