Job Summary
The candidate should be an SAP expert having complete functional/technical knowledge of all SAP modules (primarily SAP MM & SD) and experience in S/4 HANA. S/he would be part of SAP Projects team in Chennai and would be engaged in managing project deliveries to various internal businesses globally. Experience of working as SAP functional expert or leading SAP implementation would be useful. Overall experience – around 10 to 12 years. Knowledge of building applications using SAP Fiori would be helpful. This role will require individual to have a product management mindset to drive development and adoption of SAP / SAP Fiori based products.

Possess experience in Project Management across Greenfield and Brownfield implementations covering all the phases of project.
Should have involved in Opportunity mining, writing project proposals for various businesses involving project schedules and cost estimates
Should have experience in usage of various effort estimation techniques, pricing strategies and managing project finance
Should be able to develop a detailed project plan including risk and communication management and monitor the progress with specific focus on triple constraints; cost, schedule and scope.
Manage system enhancements (workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements & Forms) liaising with technical, integration team.
Identify opportunities to maximize business value through innovative use of solutions
Prepare and publish scope, effort estimates, and detailed project plans
Plan functional and technical resources and facilitate their onboarding
Profile Description
Bachelor of Technology / B.E or equivalent field, OR a combination of relevant education and experience
10 to 12 years of strong, professional experience with about a minimum of 5-8 years in SAP
Should have strong domain expertise and in-depth knowledge of one more SAP functional modules (primarily SAP Materials Management & Sales & Distribution)
Should have good consulting experience in various implementation and rollout projects with project management experience in minimum of 2 SAP projects
Should possess hands-on knowledge in any SAP module (preferably SAP MM,SD)
Knowledge of S/4 HANA and implementation experience is an added advantage
Experience in deployment of SAP Fiori based applications would be a plus
Should have experience in interfacing SAP with 3rd party applications
Domain or implementation experience in agri-business industry would be an advantage
Experience in use of tools and accelerators to expedite project deliverables would be a plus
Knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies would be favorable but not a must
Should demonstrate good managerial and problem-solving skills
Should possess good verbal and written communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
