Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Design, Develop and Deploy Talent Acquisition strategy by active engagement of internal and external stakeholders in order to position AFS as an Employer of choice in both campus and lateral hiring circles
Lead the Annual workforce planning exercise with HR Heads and track and monitor the agreed plans
Program Manager for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) which involves Contracts, Governance, Engagement, Performance Metrics, SLAs, Audits, Hiring Quality, Process improvements, IT enablement and risk mitigation plans
Play the role of Owner of the entire Talent Acquisition Process for AFS and bring about improvements on a continuous basis through automation, benchmarking, simplification etc
Actively leverage Employer branding for Talent Acquisition
Build Talent Acquisition Capability Building among stakeholders such as HRBP, Hiring Managers(interviewers), Recruiters both in AFS and RPO team and RPO team leaders
Work closely with HR Heads to develop alternative and effective talent acquisition strategy in line with business requirement and develop tactics like source mix, employee referrals,IJPs, job boards, alumni, re-hire
Responsible for hiring senior level talent with desired level of speed and quality in AFS by effectively partnering with HR Heads and Business Leaders
Ensure cost efficient hiring within budget while maintaining Quality of Hire with desired source mix
Work with HR Heads to establish relevant selection methods for different positions across AFS and ensure fairness in selection
Establish strong relationships with Retained and Contingent search firms, education / professional institutes and alumni
Develop and Utilise Analytics for Talent Acquisition on areas like Employee Retention, Attraction, Talent Management, Sourcing channels, Hit ratios, Quality of Hire, Lead Time, Scalability and Forecasting
