If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place. For our Design & Content team in London we are therefore looking for a Manager UX & Visual Design. You’ll be accountable to deliver UX design, creation & curation of Design Language System for all digital touchpoints (app, .com, etc.), Visual design, Creative management of 3rd party design agencies, as well as quick prototyping for projects in the Consumer function! You will ∙ Work iteratively from concept to detailed designs powered by research and data ∙
Contribute to build and nurture a strong design process with all partners and designers ∙ Integrate the latest standards & trends in interaction design into the product/web to build world-class intuitive and easy to use experiences. ∙ Partner with Business Architects, Technology & Product owners to deliver a roadmap that pushes the boundaries of what it means to be a market-leading Experience Brand. ∙ Able to understand and translate the business/strategy vision, ensuring the technology capabilities are in alignment with delivering enhanced consumer experiences and driving corporate and business goals to completion. ∙ Drive consistency, and contribute to the curation & advocacy of the overall Design Language System, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time We’re looking for someone with ∙ BA/BS and/or MA/MS in a relevant design field ∙
Relevant design experience (corporate / consultancy), with proven success cases in the market. Experience in leading a design team is a plus. ∙ Deep knowledge of user-centered design, experience working with design systems, and a highly refined visual design sensibility. ∙ Experience with visual and interaction design tools (Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe, etc.); familiarity with prototyping tools and means to bring work to life. ∙ A great communicator who has the ability to support the work verbally and visually with thoughtful design rationale, data and user research insights. ∙ An outstanding partner and collaborator who isn’t afraid of corporate complexity ∙ Able to seamlessly integrate business requirements into design strategy and processes great design adds value both for our customers and our business ∙ Relevant experience in senior level Partner management ∙ Experience with responsive and mobile design. ∙ Knowledge of SEO, HTML5.X, CSS, tagging, XML, XMP, XLIFF and JavaScript. Headless/integrated CMS frameworks, knowledge of ERP, Supply Chain, Amazon AWS services and CPG markets would be useful. What we offer
