Senior Marketing Manager/Director (South West)

We are seeking a high performing, motivated and ambitious Senior Marketing Manager/Director that fully contributes to the team & gains excellent results!

You play a major part in delivering the profit and growth aspirations by leading, building and delivering marketing initiatives.

An important role will be defining and delivering of digital marketing strategy as well as driving engagement with customers and helping to deliver our brand vision & framework across our target demographic.

Your Role

Develop marketing propositions to meet divisional goals and objectives.
Set realistic time scales with the business for marketing activity and take time to educate them on processes required to deliver excellent results
Work with relevant business areas to ensure that marketing plans are agreed and delivered to deadline and achieve desired result.
Frequently evaluate activity against the plan and completed work to look for opportunities to improve. Challenging the boundaries of marketing ensuring all media, including currently developing media, is considered when delivering campaigns
Defining and delivering of digital marketing strategy
Contribute to the development of the brand to ensure it remains relevant in a competitive market. Ensure necessary compliance and legal sign off.
Proactive in spotting & implementing opportunities, be industry aware of topics which would link to our strategies and delivery
Manage and utilise effectively key relationships within the wider marketing community, sharing standard methodology, market and communications knowledge to deliver outstanding performance
Manage agencies, media and external suppliers.


Your Skills, Experience And Qualifications

Educated to Marketing or Business degree standard or equivalent, CIM Diploma in Marketing highly desirable.
Strong and effective marketing, planning and execution skills. Ambitious and dedicated delivery of online campaigns; knowledge in communications and experienced in managing budgets.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills for forward planning, results driven mind-set, highly ambitious attitude towards goal delivery.
Happy to share knowledge amongst your team, keen to develop and challenge team members to further their careers.
Ability to engage and motivate others, with empathy and tact.
The highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.
Credible amongst senior leaders, able to communicate succinctly and persuasively to any audience.
