The Marketing Programs Manager/Executive will have an instrumental role in delivering effective digital and marketing communication strategies and will work closely with the product marketing teams in the Amdocs Open Network Unit. The programs will cover new product launches, momentum marketing, market awareness and positioning, upsell and cross sell campaigns and BU-specific communications to generate awareness and build sales pipeline to meet the business goals of the BU. The role includes marketing automation, lead nurturing and lead generation as well as tracking and reporting on the results of the programs. The Marketing Executive will be expected to collaborate with other Business Units and key stakeholders (ICOMM, Analysts Relations, Media Relations, Regional Marketing, Corporate Marketing).

What will your job look like?

Support the Cross Network Marketing Manager in delivering agreed activities to include but not limited to:

  • Work with the product marketing stakeholders to develop and execute the overall BU Marketing program plan by gathering requirements from the BU product marketing team
  • Work directly with key BU customers/partners (Regional Marketing, AR, PR, Social Media) to plan and communicate campaign, event and announcement activities and priorities
  • Research, develop, produce and present comprehensive demand and digital plans with an emphasis on execution steps, content requirements and reporting
  • Strategically integrate and combine demand creation and digital marketing tactics and tools including e-mail, webinars, events, social media and search engine marketing
  • Assist with the development and creation of compelling content for each stage of the buying cycle. This will include thought leadership to help build interest, educational content to assist lead generation, case studies to support sales, together with social media content to develop ongoing relationships and increase brand awareness
  • Use Marketo to create e-mails, landing pages and forms that apply industry best practices for increasing conversion and link to other relevant systems
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on all BU campaigns to optimize results using defined templates, reporting structures and supporting systems
  • Budget tracking including PO and invoice processing.
  • Analyze channel and campaign performance for improvements and make data-driven decisions based on budget allocation
  • Support overall company branding and awareness as part of the BU marketing initiatives and lead generation programs
  • Support the planning and execution of on-site events, conferences and workshops.

All you need is…

  • Previous experience working in a marketing executive role or equivalent for at least 2 years. B2B experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Highly organised – manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to execute quickly in an extremely fast paced, high growth environment; demonstrate flexibility and agility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; develops rapport, builds relationships easily and works effectively with others
  • Go to market planning capabilities including demand creation and digital marketing
  • Hands on experience running digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms like marketo, LinkedIn and Facebook campaign management tools etc.
  • Analytical and structured to analyse data to ensure that programs support business goals

Education & training:

  • Essential – Professional marketing qualification or post-graduate qualification (business/marketing)
  • Desirable – Degree level or equivalent
  • Desirable – Knowledge of Marketo
