We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager that will drive the strategy of marketing plans for Spotify in Mexico! The Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing key brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, brand love) and delivering on key business objectives (user growth, retention).

Experience in interpreting consumer trends, audience and data insights and translating into relevant marketing initiatives is crucial, in addition to translating highly strategic marketing bets into regional tactical executions.
This role reports to the Marketing Lead in Mexico!
What you’ll do
- Develop consumer marketing strategy, ensuring efforts are linked to specific brand metrics and business targets
- Use data and insights to inform marketing priorities and guide investment decisions for Spotify
- Plan, execute and optimize outstanding campaigns and marketing initiatives in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Build strategic alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are closely coordinated with other activities of the business
- Work in a collaborative way with the regional and local partners across Spotify Studios, Shows & Editorial and Artists & Label teams to identify the best strategy and campaign themes to execute locally
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are culturally relevant to the Mexican market
- Build relationships with marketing teams in other global markets, seeking opportunities to collaborate and share across borders
- Produce campaign retrospectives that reflect our wins, define our return on investment, and determine future marketing efforts
- Keep a close eye on the market to understand overall brand health in Mexico and share findings with the relevant business leads
Who you are
- A versatile marketer with at least 5+ years experience with a category leading brand that has played a role in crafting culture
- Knowledge of the Mexican consumer – including demographics, behaviors, and media habits
- Owned the development and execution of fully coordinated marketing campaigns – across social, Digital, TV, OOH and activations
- Work autonomously in an unstructured environment
- Proficiency in data and can identify winning insights
- Experience in the full marketing lifecycle – including acquisition, retention, reactivation of consumers
- Easily collaborate with cross-functional partners and global counterparts
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment and you have the maturity and resiliency to bring stability to challenging situations
- You bring an excellent attitude, with a passion for the Spotify brand and the ability to empower and encourage those around you
