The Materials & Warehouse Specialist will execute all activities related to inventory & warehouse management for the Product Operations organization.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Materials Management
Maintains accurate inventory management including appropriate alignment and documentation
Be a logistics administrator. Communicates with Internal customers & Logistics Service Providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
Conducts Cycle count
Manages Fulfillment model and shipments as needed
Executes on ERP material transactions (TO/SO/PO/RO)
Proficient in shipping or receiving functions including peripheral activities (FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.)
Manage recycling process
Manages on RMA operational process
Ensure all non-conforming/expiry material are properly managed and segregated
Warehouse Management
Keeps warehouse inventory organized-5S practice
Designs and implements best practices for the warehouse
Oversee end of day closing on all Job Travelers & Customer Orders
Prepares Shipment documents, including I/E documents, Certificates of Calibration, etc.
Handles shipments packaging
Physical handling on Inbound receipt & Outbound dispatch
EH&S
Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards
Recommend improved EH&S practices
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Diploma or above in warehouse & logistics management or related discipline
Min 5 years solid logistics operations, warehouse & inventory management experience
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work multiple-tasks under pressure
Strong team player with keen learning attitude to grow
Good communication skills in English & Chinese
Basic computer application skills including MS Office
Experienced in WMS/ERP will be advantaged
Experienced working in warehouse environment will be advantaged
