Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing various types of digital media products within multiple markets according to clients’ and/or internal teams’ needs; manages the delivery of media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain purchasing records; monitor and evaluate market trends.
Build relationships with media vendors, keep up to date with industry trends and negotiate new contracts with media vendors in terms of prices, media outlets, and frequency; make purchasing decisions on behalf of clients while providing superior client services.
Research diverse markets and analyzes ratings information to find the most favorable media source(s) for a project and help identify target audiences to plan media campaigns.
Track current media products/campaigns and collects customer feedback; identify target audiences and ensure that media reaches these audiences.
Cooperate with media planners to implement media plans.
Prepare schedules and adjust when needed.
Set up and optimize digital campaigns to ensure we’re hitting desired KPI’s.
Design digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote companies, products, ideas, or brands based on the desires of the client paying for the advertising.
Provide recommendations by considering timing and sourcing metrics.
Coordinate with the creative team on digital creative needs and oversee creative management within buying platforms.
Analyze the effectiveness of the campaign and use data to plan future campaigns.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that focus on driving measurable results through the email, paid digital channels, social media and SEO/SEM.
Work with creative, web development, KPI teams to implement campaigns that are consistent with the brand and accomplish business goals.
Ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas and work on-site at our Corporate Office.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field with at least 3 years as a Media Buyer or Marketing analytics role.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in digital media is preferred Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certifications highly preferred
Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
Interest in following advertising and media trends
Working knowledge of media analytics software
Organizational and multitasking abilities

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
