TTI is currently seeking a MX Fuel Specialist, Milwaukee to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the MX Fuel Team Leader, your key duties will include:

 

 

To create user demand for the Milwaukee MX Fuel range and understand the path to purchase. Maintain, support and service the end user to create the best user experience possible by offering solution-based selling.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing products to the Milwaukee MX Fuel platform.

 

· Regularly report progress to the JSS Manager on achievements to the planned strategy.

 

· Work closely with the Milwaukee sales teams to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment.

 

· Implement the user focussed channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers.

 

· Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company’s brand.

 

· Conduct training sessions on MX Fuel products with Milwaukee staff and MX agents so they understand our value proposition.

 

· Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company’s competency framework

 

· Continually work on being a high performing sales professional whilst being conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance.

 

 

 

Skills and experience required:

 

 

Minimum 4 year of trade experience or relevant graduate degree

Minimum 1 Year direct selling experience

Experienced with using CRM software.

Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
