What will you be doing:
• Participating in implementation of new features and integration scenarios within Network environments.
• Collaborating with Technical Subject Matter Experts and Managed Service Providers to maintain Enterprise network infrastructure (WAN/LAN/Wireless/Firewalls/Load Balancers).
• Reviewing and approving Network Infrastructure documentation, related tools, and business processes (security/compliance, HA/DR, configuration management, monitoring, etc.).
• Reviewing and approving network changes to ensure quality execution and minimal business impact.
• Identifying future needs for Network services.
• Working with technical and business users.
We want you to have:
• 2+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of networking platforms and technologies including: Cisco Switches/Firewalls/Routers/Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points, F5 Load balancers, Palo Alto Firewalls, DNS/DHCP.
• Networking monitoring and management tools: Solarwinds and/or Netbrain.
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools: Wireshark.
• Familiar with IT Security tools: Active Directory, NAC, DLP, TAPs.
• Collaboration with business and technical partners.
• Certifications in Cisco CCNA or CCNP, Palo Alto, ITIL is preferred.
• Willing to learn new technologies.
