Your Impact
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and resilient sales professional to join our New Business team in our On the Go channel.
You will cover a nominated region within metro Perth, targeting customers from multiple segments, such as fast food, takeaway, cafes, restaurants, education, leisure and many more.
Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify new business opportunities with a focus on A & B grade accounts
- Understand customer strategic direction and leverage with company initiatives
- Negotiate and deliver new business contracts in line with business rules, namely on-boarding, transition, roll out and handover of new business
- Manage and demonstrate ’Pipe Line’ management of long and short-term opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Field Managers to effectively transition new business customers over to Territory Managers
- Engagement of all stakeholders within ALB business
About You
- Demonstrated sales experience within a corporate environment. Food & Beverage/FMCG experience highly advantageous
- A natural people’s person and chameleon, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders immediately
- Strong commercial acumen to effectively manage the challenges of sales volume and margin to provide customers with a tailored solution.
- You will need to be a tech-savvy self-starter and comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent time management, a keen eye for detail, and an organised approach to planning in advance
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure, not afraid to push barriers
