Your Role:
Work with a Global team to implement Enterprise Workplace and Collaboration solutions. Provide technical guidance in planning and implementing new solutions while ensuring existing platforms remain stable. This position will focus on technologies and services such as the following but not limited to Office 365 Design & Administration, Azure AD design and connectivity, migration of services to O365, MDM/MAM.
You will be responsible for:
- A key contributor to the team strategy, ensuring that strategy is in line with the business requirements and the Invesco Technology design principals
- Assist Team members, Team Leader, and/or Manager to make sure the service portfolio remains current, highlighting areas requiring attention
- Assist Team members, Team Leader, and/or Manager with problem management, investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis
- When required, act as the subject matter expert for all aspects of an assigned activity; all the while adhering to Invesco Technology’s project administration standards
- Assist and mentor the less senior members of the EWC engineering team in any aspect of their strategic and operational roles
- When required be able to present confidently in front of Senior Technology Leaders and Business Partners
- Ensure operational standards are adhered to; including actively looking to continuously improve working practices to ensure teams work as efficiently as possible as well as monitoring the health/effectiveness of the Engineering/Operations relationship
- Regularly review the team’s procedures ensuring that any gaps are identified and resolved, including but not limited to Start of Day checks, Business Recovery & overall operational skill level
- Adhere to the design, implementation, and delivery our of BR obligations
- Act as a technical point of contact to resolve escalated issues from Operations Teams

- Focusing on Global Administration of Office 365
- 5+ years in an Office 365 Engineering role or equivalent Microsoft cloud services experience
- Previous experience in a Financial Services, highly pressured environment, essential
- Must possess an up-to-date understanding of all Infrastructure technologies, good technical knowledge of Microsoft Services with a clear focus on O365 disciplines
- Must have the ability to diagnose and solve problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate at all technical levels
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and converse in English, verbally and in writing
- Be able to work adhere to Invesco technical and operational procedures and policies
- The necessary interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate throughout the IT organization with individuals of varying technical abilities
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and people-oriented
- Technical Skills: O365 Conditional Access / ADFS (e.g. Claims Rules), O365 Exchange Online, O365 Tenant to Tenant migration, O365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Azure AD, MFA (e.g. RSA, Duo Security), and MDM (e.g. WorkspaceOne\Airwatch, InTune Device Management)
