OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

The Titling Team is responsible for ensuring all of CIT’s assets are properly secured with a title and lien releases are processed once contracts are paid in full.

 

Operations Coordinators are extremely organized, detail-oriented and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Make every customer experience remarkable through open lines of communication with customers, vendors and finance managers
  • Check in incoming titles and power of attorney’s, log in Salesforce and store
  • Coordinate the process for releasing CIT’s lien to titled vehicles that are paid in full
  • Contact customers via phone to verify billing address, and follow up on assets that are not secured
  • Conduct title research as necessary to guide customers through the titling process
  • Contact customers via phone to verify billing address and prepare registration package to mail out
  • Prepare FedEx packages to mail out titles to assets that are paid in full
  • Keep detailed and organized notes in Salesforce regarding your communications with customers
  • Prepare titling applications for new financed assets
  • Manage a queue of customers with unsecured titled assets and contact via phone to communicate the requirements and urgency to register financed vehicles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Early adoption to change management
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to hit deadlines
  • Demonstrated initiative
  • Ability to work and interact with all departments throughout the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while continually maintaining a positive attitude and promoting teamwork across departments
