We’re excited to be recruiting for a Team Leader to work in a high performing team within our Animal Health business. The service escalation team is pivotal to our complaints performance, productivity and frontline support. We are looking for a strong leader to build on the success the team has already achieved. Your focus will be to ensure the delivery of effective and timely performance and use the insight provided by the team to drive change across the business.
Our Team Leaders lead, mentor and inspire team members and provide ongoing direction and development. They use a wide range of tools and techniques to create and maintain a collaborative, motivated and positive team atmosphere and are given the autonomy to execute this.
As an Allianz Team Leader, you will be:
• leading and inspiring your team to achieve agreed SLA targets and take action to address under performance when required
• monitoring quality within the department and ensuring processes for coaching and feedback are effective
• identifying coaching opportunities
• developing and supporting team members to deliver outstanding service to our customers;
• conducting monthly one to one’s, coaching sessions and quality audits
• developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external customers
• supporting your team regarding personal development plans to help them achieve their career goals
• providing learning opportunities through effective delegation
• monitoring the changing needs of our customers and identifying areas of improvement by driving change and participating in project work
• handling customer complaints and resolving within guidelines.
Previous leadership experience of managing c. 8 to 12 people is essential
Previous experience of working within a contact centre is essential
Computer literate (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce preferable
