People and Culture Reporting and Analytics Lead

The impact you’ll have

  • You’ll maintain a quality data integrity process for the data analytics function for P&C

  • You’ll maintain an efficient model for managing the reporting suite delivered from P&C

  • You’ll have the ability to perform critical analysis of requirements to inform appropriate delivery and provisioning of reporting solutions

  • You’ll collaborate with members of the P&C function to understand business data and analytics requirements

  • You’ll act as SME on analytics by providing coaching/training to P&C and business on use and interpretation of metrics to advance the use of analytical thinking and data driven decision making in people management

  • You’ll develop, deliver and enhance P&C reports and analysis for senior management including the Board

  • You’ll relish the challenge of getting the best out of our tools and systems, including our Performance Management platform, always looking for better ways to do things and searching for different angles to attack problems from.

  • First and foremost you’ll have a continuous improvement mindset to support the ongoing development of the P&C Reporting capability

The talents you’ll bring

  • Broad generalist Human Resources exposure, ideally possessing formal qualifications in a related discipline (e.g. Business, Commerce or other relevant disciplines)

  • Technically, you must have advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, with prior exposure across a variety of Payroll and Human Resource Information Systems ideally Workday

  • You’ll bring high level data manipulation, analysis and reporting capability, including defined success developing new and improved reporting practices

  • You’ll possess high levels of attention to detail with the accuracy of the information you compile and communicate essential to your success

  • Our preferred candidate will likely have some remuneration and benefits experience in their toolkit, with the ability to interpret different employment instruments seen as an advantage

  • You’ll enjoy researching and investigating, share a willingness to learn and won’t be frightened by tight deadlines and a dynamic, high pressure environment

  • You’ll have the ability to work autonomously and lead activities in large scale projects within fast-paced matrix organizations
