Key to our Sales & Marketing team, the Personalization team develops and delivers customized solutions for car-personalization for our clients, including our most loyal collectors, with a product portfolio ranging from a detailed program of options to Tailor Made solutions.
As Personalizations Specialist, you will have dedicated focus on the “Ferrari Atelier” in Maranello where clients share with you their requirements in order to develop their fully personalized Ferrari, and the Special Equipment Program where you will manage requests coming from customers configuring their cars in one of the ~200 point of sales worldwide . Internally you will develop with the engineering and product development team the content feasibility, pricing and documentation to ensure realization. And externally you will define the target activities for roll-out and support and training across the dealership network.
In more detail, you will analyse monthly results of sales/customers/forecasts compared to target objectives and make recommendations for performance improvements. You will recommend commercial and marketing activities to support business development, and gain customer feedback in order to develop new initiatives.
Required profile:
In order to succeed in this challenging commercial role, we are looking ideally for a graduate with First-class degree in engineering or economics/commercial disciplines, and gained at least 3/5 years professional experience in automotive with focus on customizations, limited editions and of course customer relations.
Ideally, therefore, you have worked in dedicated project management, including pricing and budgeting responsibilities, where you have been accustomed (and successful) working with short lead-times, changing parameters, managing complexity and reaching ambitious goals within the targets. Advanced use of Excel/IT tools are critical. SAP knowledge is a plus.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, being clearly communicative in order to proactively support end-users. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, while previous sales and customer management experiences are important.
Fluency in English, Italian and ideally a third language (including French, German, Asian languages) are of value-added.
