• To ensure smooth pace of construction and completion of housing units, facilities and amenities including special structures taking into consideration the sound engineering practices in delivering quality products.
• Prepare monitoring, contractor management, project evaluations and assist site officers, suppliers, LGU, and/or personnel directly involved with the projects.
• Batangas project expansions for housing, land development, facilities and special structures construction.
• Construction estimate and cutting list
LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER
Must be focused, driven, team player
Can work under pressure
With acceptable oral and written communication skills
With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate particularly AutoCAD
Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering from a reputable college or university.
Preferably with at least 5 year of work experience related to construction engineering from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor
