Your mission:
- Oversee and support the maintenance, electric, and hydraulic work teams.
- Provides technical training to management and other team members.
- Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
- Actively interacts with other Mondi facilities and key suppliers both online and in person.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- Five years of experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Ability to self-direct activities, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, detail orientation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions while working under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.
