We are looking for a Senior HR Consultant to perform work on an important project in our Retail management, which will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the project of all parties involved.

 

Its main functions are:

  • You must work on change management, creating a strategic plan to close gaps between the current situation and the improved situation.
  • You will need to perform process and KPI diagnostics of the current situation.
  • He will be responsible for supporting the team of field auditors in terms of change management and adherence to the project.
  • Propose what the additional activities should be in order to achieve and close the GAP.
  • You will have to act in project management interacting with store managers and teams (customer), regional leaders and the Retail project manager, describing strategies and presenting performance indicators, as well as the planning phases of the project.
  • Responsible for mapping the Improved Situation of the processes of each of the stores included in the proposal.
  • Act as an agent of change in the project, to guarantee the deliverables and changes proposed at the process level.
  • Responsible for obtaining the satisfaction account to get customer feedback.
  • Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the project management team to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and change management areas.

• Title of Psychologist, Business Engineer or related career.

• Knowledge in the Retail industry (desirable)

• Advanced English (desirable)

• Availability to travel within Chile
