Proposed missions
The Dassault Aviation establishment in Poitiers, 130 people, specializes in canopies and windshields on all types of military aircraft in service, Rafale air intakes, transport and repairs. It attaches itself to the correct application of company standards (Lean, HSE), with the culture of continuous improvement.
Its size helps to maintain a human-scale work dynamic.
As part of the arrival of new activities, Dassault Aviation is strengthening the industrialization office. You join this department and report directly to the Industrialization Office Manager in a team of 12 people.
Within the Industrialization Office, you will carry out the following missions:
- Define and carry out the production ranges of serial products
- Define permanent production data.
- Define and optimize production lines and tools.
- Evaluate production costs and task execution times.
- Optimize lead times and the use of production resources.
- Ensure the technical follow-up of the manufacturing.
Your activities cover:
- Carry out the nomenclatures as well as the ranges of manufacture and control of the articles which will be manufactured in-house.
- Carry out the technical specifications of the items that will be subcontracted or manufactured in other Dassault Aviation factories.
- Monitor the manufacturing of finished products and participate in the validation of its industrialization.
- Update permanent production data according to changes in the definition of the design office or changes in production.
- Participate in the improvement of production tools and equipment and in the choice of manufacturing channels.
- Carry out quotes within the framework of consultations.
- Establish and update article manufacturing procedures and instructions.
- Participate in technical expertise on products.
You perform your duties in the office and in the production workshop. Your includes technical collaboration relationships with the design office, manufacturing engineers and supervisors for the deployment of production processes. You also collaborate with the Quality Control department to improve production processes
By training as a mechanical engineer, you have 5 years of experience in the field of design / industrialization of aeronautical products.
You are proficient in technical English.
You are recognized for your efficiency, your rigor and your spirit of synthesis. Your interpersonal skills, your team spirit and your knowledge of the industrial environment allow you to work with all of the site’s trades (production, supply, logistics, quality control, industrial performance, etc.)
A first managerial experience would be an asset for your application.

Bac +2
Required profile
Training BTS Electrotechnique or DUT Electrical Engineering, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of industrialization of electrical and mechanical products. Previous experience in the field of aeronautics would be an asset for your application.
You are proficient in technical English. You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of method and your responsiveness. You are autonomous in the conduct of your activities and demonstrate a spirit of service.
