DIVISION OVERVIEW:
Crown’s Aerosol Division helps global brands become leaders in their market segments with high quality metal aerosol packaging. We merge our unique decorating capabilities with the latest aerosol technologies to create packaging that not only meets rigorous industry requirements but most importantly, the everyday needs and expectations of consumers worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all necessary pre-production safety checks
Follow all plant safety rules, SOP’s LOTO, and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Operate, set-up, adjust, repair and overhaul all equipment related to the punch press line operation as required to maintain standard quality and quantity of production
Perform all necessary quality checks to ensure fittings meet documented quality requirements
Accept primary responsibility for performance of assigned equipment
Perform preventative maintenance as required
Perform and document completed daily housekeeping. Work area is to be clean, orderly, and free of hazards at all times.

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Mechanical background and/or experience required
All applicants will be tested for mechanical aptitude
Tools are required. The Company will furnish a basic tool list that is the minimum requirement for this position.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members
Strong attention to detail and ability to establish and maintain a high level of organization and quality
Familiarization with computers; data entry/Microsoft programs
Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift, frequent overtime may also be required.
