Job Summary:
Under close supervision, the position is responsible for processing our small to mid-size and/or lower complexity customer’s one-way bid and rate proposals in an accurate and timely manner, verifying and reconciling rates for publishing, managing the database that houses all charges for invoicing purposes, and building positive relationships with internal customers to facilitate the timely flow of information.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manipulate large data sets (e.g., excel and PDF) from pricing opportunity using sales information obtained via the CRM tool by preparing the data into a standard format to enter into the company’s pricing platform..
Review all operational documentation for every CRM opportunity to ensure the right parties are involved to approve and certify the bid.
Process and manipulate large data sets (e.g., excel and PDF) received from Pricing Management and reformat the proposed rates back to the customer’s format and return with all necessary documents to certify the company is considered for the customer’s award.
Publish rates and accessorials into rate database to make them available for accurate invoicing and billing.
Initiate setup of new fuel programs and validate existing fuel surcharge programs for accurate billing.
Research rate and accessorial publications to identify root causes of billing inaccuracies.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years combination of education, experience and training.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Communication, Transportation Logistics, or related field with 1-2 years of experience
Ability to prioritize workload when working with multiple deadlines
Ability to work with large data sets accurately
Proficient time-management skills
Ability to adhere to defined principles/standards/procedures
Ability to multitask.
