Summary
Citrix is looking for a growth-oriented, data-driven Demand Gen expert to develop, execute, and continually optimize online and offline omni-channel demand plans that drive high quality leads, funnel performance and pipeline growth to meet business goals. You are a creative and data-driven marketer who can balance strategy with the tactical to get the job done. You enjoy measuring and analyzing performance, and recommending actions based on the data. You know how to optimize audience targeting, channel leverage and content offers to maximize marketing investment and accelerate the customer journey. You are able to work effectively across teams to drive enhancements to our technologies and oerations, and to develop cross-functional plans to achieve demand goals. You are a self-starter who thrives in a changing environment where you are empowered to plan, execute, pivot and try again.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of market opportunity and penetration by segment, industry trends, competitive landscape and Citrix products
- Leverage demand waterfall to forecast pipeline achievement by campaign and channel, and ensure campaign goals will achieve objectives and pipeline targets; continuously track progress to goal
- Measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand campaigns on inquiries, MQLs, pipeline and bookings
- Leverage analytical skills to interpret data, proactively identify performance trends, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes
- Drive business requirements for account segmentation by campaign and programs with BI, leveraging external and internal insights
- Define buying groups and target audience by campaign, and work with Contact Acquisition team to identify gaps and enhance contact acquisition
- Evaluate and optimize inbound and outbound channel mix and offer selection through journey to increase efficiency in lead and pipeline generation
- Make recommendations for new campaign opportunities and optimizations to drive growth based on performance data – addition of verticals, personas, etc.
- Define BI and technology requirements with Marketing Operations to drive a modern, world-class demand organization
- Partner with Marketing Enablement and BI leaders to create a model to track full-funnel campaign success and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrate ability to drive demand strategy and activation plans in integrated planning efforts to support marketing campaigns and drive high quality leads
- Demonstrate ability to lead a small team of demand campaign strategists
- Act as SME on demand benchmarks, best practices and marketing compliance & regulations, understanding regional variances
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent professional experience required
- 10+ years progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in B2B demand generation
- Seasoned SaaS demand marketer with experience working in a distributed global marketing organization
- Demonstrated track record of success meeting or exceeding lead and pipeline generation targets
- Strong background in developing and leading execution of demand generation strategies and plans to reach multiple audiences across channels
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing tactics with desire to learn, test and improve through innovative new approaches to marketing
- Data-driven, analytical mindset to drive marketing insights and decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a changing environment, and lead and drive direction with cross-functional teams
- Outstanding presentation skills, with ability to develop exceptional powerpoint presentations tailored to your target audience
- Business savvy individual who likes to stay abreast of emerging trends and marketing tactics
- Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
