Private Equity Associate

At Estari we look to invest in companies with technologies offering solutions to the sustainability challenges of the next decade across three main verticals: the future of food, the future of cities and the future of work/education. The candidates will support Estari: (1) by taking the leadership in the financial modeling of investment opportunities. The candidate must have strong quantitative and analytical skills, strong proficiency in financial modeling with Excel, the ability to understand financial statements in details and to run different scenarios and sensitivities with the aim of assessing investment opportunities and expected returns; (2) by taking the leadership in carrying out the commercial due diligence needed to assess investment opportunities in high growth space. The candidate must have a strong interest in impact investing and be eager to discover and learn about emerging technologies that will play an important role in solving the current sustainability challenges; (3) to develop its understanding and proprietary view on the future of cities, food and work; (4) to identify companies that have the potential to play a significant role and become European champions in these sectors; (5) to support actively portfolio companies in their development.
